Medals and Scars: A Soldiers Perspective on War With Don Hill
Why do we demand so much from so few of our citizens? Why is national pride almost exclussively determined by the wars we wage? As a tribute to our fallen soldiers and veterans, join this exploration into America's zest for war and the resulting damage to us and other cultures.
Did you know:
Don Hill served in the U.S. Army from 1997 to 2000 as a combat wrecker operator. Assigned to Bosnia/Herzgovina during Millosovich's regime, Don witnessed first-hand the devastation that attends war. Currently, Don and his wife operate Wilmar Consultants, a web-design and forest conservation and stewardship business. Don also is a Director at The Oracle Institute and a volunteer at the Unitarian Universalist Church of the Highlands. |
